Rami B. Kashou’: Full time Researcher/ Consultant, Mr. Kashou’ Joined MCS team in July 2003. Mr. Kashou’ Holds an MBA degree from Birzeit University. Based on his academic background and his past work experience, Mr. Kashou’ is expected to add to MCS's current experience especially in the fields of market studies, human resource management, organizational structures, and business plans. During his study, Mr. Kashou’ conducted two researches under the titles: Organizational Structure at Industrial Firm Working in Palestine, and The Pharmaceuticals Industry in Palestine. The studies aimed at analyzing and evaluating existing practices and problems, giving the necessary recommendations towards more efficient, competitive and profitable production. Mr. Kashou’ also holds a BA degree in business administration from Birzeit University. 

Before Joining MCS Mr. Kashou’ was self employed at Kashou’ Store, one of the reputed restaurants’ food suppliers, in which he acquired proven experience in setting small business plans, leading employees toward controlled implementation process and achievements’ evaluation. During that period, the firm experienced good growth rate and profitability. 

Mr. Kashou’ also worked for two years as a Human Resources Officer at Oasis Hotel Casino Resort, one of the biggest international organizations in Palestine. During that period, Mr. Kashou’ completed a comprehensive Human Resources Management course at the continuous education center in Ramallah. His tasks included but were not restricted to developing, controlling, evaluating, and recommending improving steps toward different functional activities and processes.
