Mr. Walid Najjab joined MCS as a Managing director and a senior consultant in 1995 to set up the company and lead it to provide top-notch management consulting services in Palestine. Prior to joining MCS, Mr. Najjab was a Contracts and Production Manager for the Aluminum and Light Industry Co, based in the United Arab Emirates. During this time, he worked on reviewing contracts, preparing budgets and management reports. The value of work completed by Mr. Najjab in 1993 was US$ 21 million.

Mr. Najjab has an MBA degree from Kellogg Recanati Program in Tel-Aviv University, and a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from the UK. Mr. Najjab has considerable experience in leading and managing projects; some of his work is presented below:

• Consultant to the Palestinian Authority in telecommunications. Mr. Najjab was involved in developing agreements, coordinating transition of responsibilities, and acting as a liaison officer between the Israeli and the Palestinian Partners.

• Consultant for the Palestinian Commercial Services Co. for a joint Venture project to establish a cement-grinding factory in Palestine. Mr. Najjab led the location feasibility study, the financial study and the negotiations with the partners on the overall feasibility of the project.

• Deputy Chairman of Palestine Cellular Company (JAWWAL).
