Samer Irshaid
Part time consultant at
MCS. Mr. Irshaid holds a BA degree in Economics from
Birzeit University, and is a candidate for a Master
degree in Democracy and Human Rights from the same
university. Mr. Irshaid is highly experienced in the
field of economic assessment, organizational
structuring, and most notably in the analysis and
understanding of the structures and mechanisms of
the local market. Mr. Irshaid has worked with the
loan provision committee of Cooperation for
Development (CD) for more than 7 years, during which
he reviewed and evaluated over 200 projects ranging
from small to macro enterprises.
Prior to Joining MCS Mr. Irshaid was at
Al-Mashriq for Research and Studies, based in
Ramallah. During this time, Mr. Irshaid worked on
many feasibility studies and organizational reports
for both local and international clients.
