General Trading Company.
The study’s aim was to prepare the suggested
organizational structure for Pinar General Trading
Company in Ramallah. The administration and
operation levels were specified, with a description
of all the main jobs in the company, in addition to
outlining the different duties, responsibilities and
authorities of all levels in the organizational
structure. In addition, guidelines of a proper
financial system were suggested to the company.
