Pre-Feasibility for Establishing a Palestine

The main objective of the study was to examine
the feasibility for establishing a Palestine export
center in the West Bank and Gaza Strip from
different economical, technical and financial
aspects, in addition to determining the main
activities and services of the center.
The study covered three main sections:
- The marketing study which summarized the
role of export centers in different countries, a
general overview of the Palestinian
international trade and export, in addition to a
survey and interviews to determine the needs of
the Palestinian export companies.
- The technical part which proposed the sight
of the center, equipment and furniture, human
resource needed, organizational charts, and
activities and services of the center.
- The financial analysis section was prepared
to examine the feasibility of the proposed
center; results were reported based on two
scenarios.
